NOTE:
Please note that the ER38-18C is derived from the ER38-18. The larger flange is missing to facilitate usage in very small and short ear canals where the largest flange would stick out or cause discomfort. Rather then specifically manufacturing the 2-flange unit only the ER38-18 is manufactured and appropriate flange is removed in-house under sterile conditions.
